Perform testing of the Boxely UI Toolkit with the Open Client Platform in a whitebox and blackbox enviroment. Record test results into a central database and request bug reviews with development. Ensure API functionality and compliance with Achitecture Review Board (ARB) performance within the Boxely API scope.

Provide feedback and recommendation on the development and functionality of the Boxely UI toolkit. Promote the acceptance of the Boxely platform amongst external developers.

Provide support for the Boxely UI Toolkit on public message boards, by email, and through personal one on one contact.

As a Customer Care Consultant (CCC) the responsiblities were as to ensure that customers are able to receive world class technical support and resolution to their issues, provide answers to questions, and ensure partner offerings were proposed to the customer with 100% compliance.

During the McAfee Tier Two Project (Raptor Team), responsibilites were to resolve issues with the McAfee Virus Scan software, manually assist with removing viruses from customers computers if infected, and providing Phone, Chat, and Email support for Premium Service products such as McAfee Virus Scan, AOL MusicNet, AOL Call Alert and Voicemail, and AOL By Phone.

As a Field Support Technician the duties of that position were to gather information about a customers computer to be analyzed, provide feedback to the Call Volume Task Force on high call volume issues, and manage the development of different products/projects. Some of these include, AOL VoIP, AOL Tiered Support Model, and AOL Beta Products.

Install, Operate, and Maintain the Kandahar Internation Airport NIPR and SIPRnet domains each consisting of 2,000 users with 100% Email, and Internet Access. Install, and Maintain data communications for Harmid Karazi (Afghan President), and 10th Special Forces Group.

Provide Information Systems support for the 86th Signal Battalion. Ensure complience with COMSEC, COMPSEC, and INFOSEC policies as outlined by the Information Systems Assurance Security Officer Course.

Install, Operate, and Maintain support for the Line Of Sight (LOS) series of UHF and VHF radio systems AN/TRC-191, AN/TRC-190(V)1. Analyze BIT/BITE diagnostics to isolate faults to the Line Replaceable Unit (LRU). Supervised, performed and assist team members in the performance of unit level maintenance on assigned communications equipment.
