During the McAfee Tier Two Project (Raptor Team), responsibilites were to resolve issues with the McAfee Virus Scan software, manually assist with removing viruses from customers computers if infected, and providing Phone, Chat, and Email support for Premium Service products such as McAfee Virus Scan, AOL MusicNet, AOL Call Alert and Voicemail, and AOL By Phone.

As a Field Support Technician the duties of that position were to gather information about a customers computer to be analyzed, provide feedback to the Call Volume Task Force on high call volume issues, and manage the development of different products/projects. Some of these include, AOL VoIP, AOL Tiered Support Model, and AOL Beta Products.
